MEDITATION
Wether you have experience with it or not, I highly recommend and invite you to consistently include it as part of your cleanse. The idea behind this activity is simple:
Give yourself time and space for stillness, relaxation and contemplation. Just for yourself.

So it doesn't necessarily have to be meditation practice, if it's not what you prefer, but allow yourself to add activities that grant you time to go inward.

Here there are some suggestions:
- Sitting meditation
- Walking meditation
- Standing meditation
- Movement meditation
- Slow walk in nature
- Contemplation time
- Slow breathing exercises
- Body relaxation routines

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Allow your body to take an active part of your cleanse. It doesn't have to be intense or long. The idea is to daily immerse yourself into physical activity to potentiate the results and benefits from practices that can include the following suggestions:
- Cardio training
- Active walking
- Sport practice
- Yoga practice
- Short impact routines

DEVICE DETOX
Let's face it. It is eating us alive!
Take a simple peak on your phone at the screen time chart from last week, yesterday or some days before, and you can have a pretty clear idea of your patterns and behavior towards electronic devices, social media and technology interaction.

The point is: Dare to detox from it! At least during your cleansing period.
Even if it's simply reducing the time or the numbers of 'pick-ups' a day, or anything that could potentially improve your patterns around it. It is possible!

Consider the following:
- Keep devices off and outside your bedroom at night
- Use an actual alarm clock to wake up
- Don't pick up your smart device first thing in the morning
- Don't interact with devices before noon
- Set specific times for device interaction and stick to it
