R.I.T.M.O. Grounding Tracks 5 & 7 - Volume 2

The R.I.T.M.O. Grounding Tracks is an audio tool created by Tupac Mantilla, in order to support daily rhythmic/music practice, as well as routines, and contents developed for Tupac's R.I.T.M.O. trainings and workshops. (R.I.T.M.O.: Rhythmic Immersion Training for Multidimensional Openness. Info: www.tupacmantilla.com/ritmo).

Wether you want to have a consistent stable rhythmic pulse to practice along with, have a percussive accompaniment for musical contexts, work with a rhythmic source for creative purposes, or simply have an audio to listen to and move along to, these tracks have been conceived to make rhythm more fun to practice and specially more accessible for the listener, since they all follow a natural performing quality, that allows to achieve rhythmic FLOW in a much more organic and pleasant way.

The R.I.T.M.O. Grounding Tracks 5 & 7 - Volume 2 album, introduces the use of odd meters into your daily practice, as it develops two of the most used odd-meter cycles around the world: 5 and 7.

Allow the tracks to become a regular tool for your practice, lessons and daily routine. Get creative with them and get used to enter flow through them.
